      Great people who really care. Terrific balance sheet and brand awareness. Corporate social responsibility is increasing. Executive management/leadership is very approachable.

      Pros

      I came from another large healthcare company to join Align 18 months ago. The initial impression of leadership was an incredibly humble and approachable leadership team - from CEO down to VP of Sales. The leadership team has gone above and beyond during the COVID crisis in continuing to reinforce the "human element" of the work place. I am very grateful that I made the switch and would highly recommend Align to anyone looking.

      Cons

      Cons would depend on your interpretation of the word. The company moves with incredible agility, which in my opinion is a good thing, however it can be overwhelming for some.
