      Pros

      The benefits are pretty good and you may be able to find a few diamonds in the rough to call your friend and they always have snacks, although they aren't the best brands.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity, favoritism, not technologically advanced (why is everything manaual for it to be a tech company? ), constant hiring of sales but not building an army to help support the sales, toxic culture, toxic culture, toxic culture. Read other negative reviews to get the full and accurate picture.

      Look a good company when you start but it is better when you leave it

      Pros

      Good Benefits, yearly bonus for level 4 and higher, pay on time, solidary asociation . It is a good place to start and then look for a better opportunitty People who stay there for many years is because they do not have studies, preparation,professionalism and the ability to go to another company.

      Cons

      Low payment, bad management, supervisor with no preparation, people in postions just for friendship ,a lot of job injustices, company doesnt plan anything, bad work environment.

      Great mission statement; benefits were decent.

      Cons

      Constant change 24/7; nothing was ever consistent; no procedures or policies to abide by; no clear expectations; no work/life balance; the workload far exceeded the support available; poor leadership; there is a reason why turnover is so high; no option to WFH full time; extremely stressful culture.
