      Awesome employer, but with bureaucratic processes

      Pros

      Awesome office, great compensation and social benefits, very friendly people, atmosphere and company culture.

      Cons

      Super complicated and sluggish work processes. All managers are abroad thus all approvals could take weeks. Matrix organization is a pain here – too many manager roles, too many projects across too many teams.
