      I love working at Align Technology because it allows me to keep learning every day and reach my highest potential. I'm thrilled on passing on information to my peers, and sharing with them my best practices. Once you've reached a goal, new ones come up and we start again on the learning process, developing yourself and others, and reaching a new bar set. Highest potential reached? Not yet, the sky is the limit. I'm amazed on how much professional growth I've got through all these years working at align.

      Cons

      Gender equality is not present in an specific department. Four females had to resign because of the way women are treated there. The Director is not perceived as a knowledgeable or respectful leader. I hope HR works on improving that department's work environment.
