- working conditions - food / assurance compensation - good salary - there is room to grow as specialist (depends on your wish) - business trips for whose who needs it - internal activity like hacatons - company pays for attending conferences

Cons

- a lot of bureaucracy - distributed teams - depends on team, but mostly - hard to implement any improvements in working processes

New company in Poland, new team, new people, everyone engaged and willing to learn and work. Great atmosphere.

Cons

long processes - my contract was not on time to be extended; the expenses I paid were not paid back to me (and it's been 3 months since I spent them) long hours - the late shift finishes at 5.30 obligatory 30 minute break no opportunity to work from home
