      Pros

      Colleagues are the best, it's a great bunch that feels more like family than colleagues. Ambitious people can go all the way, and everyone gets paid quite well.

      Cons

      Part of management is great, really knows what's going on but some are not equally involved, resulting in inconsistent management leading to disconnection amongst teams. There is hardly any balance. Even when giving 100% commitment, more will be asked from you.

      Pros

      Align pays well, has mostly interesting work, and doesn't expect many extra hours. I also like their 17 vacations days from start to finish. Mostly, management was good but their business changes so fast that they have trouble adjusting - felt like a startup that outgrew itself. Money was never a problem for travelling or projects.

      Cons

      Managers had favorites, if you weren't one of them you could get left behind.
