      Align is a good place to start out as a Territory Manager, however growth is limited.

      Cons

      Marketing and Sales are often at odds. Senior leadership out of touch with the demands of the field. Product is limited in its ability to handle the tougher cases. Pricing structure is out of whack vs. competition.
