      Overall company culture is good,....

      Cons

      The FP&A team is run by some individual who sadly does not understand the business, and trades quality for quantity... 10 forecasts within each quarter.. Changing her mind on what is important every day... Having to work long hours is one thing, having to work long hours on meaningless things is another...

      Incredibly people, competitive salary, stock price is on fire

      Cons

      Marketing and Sales are a mess. Lack of focus or processes, everyone wants to be the king of their little castle, nobody works together. If you came from J&J you are fine, if you came from anywhere else or you have been there a while, then warm up your resume. Also, give up your nights and weekends, the family-oriented culture is gone, and now you have to pay to play 24/7.

      Pros

      Everyone will agree, product is great. Good company if you need at least a year of management experience. Salary for middle management is average. If upper management is goal this is the place to be. Very high salaries and the good ole boy network that exists here will ensure you get paid and have a job and success is not a requirement.

      Cons

      Recent hiring of too many upper management positions has created a top heavy, disorganized group with little to no vision and strategy to achieve goals- especially in the sales and marketing departments. They are a total mess and getting worse.
