      The company is a great way to build up your resumé, but I wouldn't plan to stay there as a permanent career choice.

      Pros

      Lots of ethnic diversity at work. Employees are from all over the world and helps provide oneself which cultural immersion from all over the world. Give you 401k, paid holidays etc.

      Cons

      They did not offer Tuition Reimbursement for college students. Conversation and understanding with other regional branches of the company, can get lost in translation.
