Pros

won't find a better clear aligner product or R&D behind it, solid scanner also. showing the scanner is one positive of the job, docs respond positively to it

Cons

overworked. stressful, constant firedrills. product is solid and brand is respected, but company made changes in 2026 that leave the orthodontists hating the company even more, the asks were trippled but compensation was not. have to answer constant firedrills from middle mgmt. workload is heavy, too many internal tasks. LinkedIn shows a new opening every day, becuz everyone is leaving. those who have not yet left, will soon. work life balance is not realistic, not even as a starter sales job

DO NOT JOIN - LAYOFF happens frequent every year

Pros

There aren’t really any advantages. The management doesn’t seem to have clear plans for the next year or even the next 2–3 years. Layoffs happen frequently, almost every year. If you join and the management doesn’t have a plan for your role, you could be asked to leave on short notice. I’ve seen this happen to many people.

Cons

Before you join, they stay in frequent contact—calling regularly, suggesting casual meetups, even taking you out for lunch—to encourage you to accept the offer. However, once you’ve joined, you should be prepared for the possibility of layoffs with 1 year or 2 or any day.

Pros

Some colleagues and teams may still be professional.

Cons

Repeated layoffs and restructuring create instability. Poor transparency in employment decisions. Instability even after a contract was signed. Weak accountability when employee trust and security are at stake. Particularly harmful for employees whose immigration status depends on stable employment. The situation escalated further when I was asked to repay severance related to the earlier termination. Combined with the signed rehire contract and the uncertainty before the new start date, this created an extremely destabilizing and unprofessional experience.
