Leadership does not listen to the TMs or the customers. RMs essentially run this place, TMs are spending 80% of time trying to sell iTero. Goals are not realistic and competition is gaining a lot of traction

Cons

Poor r&d management, all the wrong people are promoted, often due to nepotism. Very poor decision making. Odd corporate structure.
