Forward looking and willingness to invest in technology and innovation Strong emphasis on company culture and values Compensation above industry average Great benefits package Great diversity and respect for each individual, absolutely no biasness of any kind based on race, culture or any other parameter

Cons

Not the biggest thing but being organization with 20K+ employees sometimes the procedural red-tape can be there with regards to administrative tasks.

The technology caught up with market opportunity (Digital vs. Analog). I had a lot of fun working at Align and made great money. It’s a great company. Not perfect, but definitely a great opportunity for driven and talented people to shine.

Cons

Don’t waste your time and energy on negative comments.
