      Growing company with nice benefits

      Cons

      Irritating hustle culture. The pace is too high and everyone is stretched thin. Always way too many projects going on at once. Working after hours is a necessity to even get close to finishing the work that's expected of you. There is little tolerance for mistakes, even when you're new.
