Toxic management, toxic culture. Bleed you dry and then want more. It was the worst experience of my life. When I tried to leave my manager wouldn’t let me, wouldn’t allow me to hand in my resignation bc the manager liked me alot and I got my work done (at the expense of my life and my family being ignored). In exit interview I communicated the issues that the the team had with the manager and nothing was done. Working here was a very depressing time in my life
