Pros

I enjoy working with the management team! I also enjoying working with and coaching agents to succeed at what they do!

Cons

Late night and weekend hours...although I understand this is based on client request/need. Management does work with us when needed so this definitely helps!

Pros

Nothing .... no empathy. Have a job inerview next week. Can't wait to leave. I hate to say some of my fellow employees show up drunk for work. ... oh wait Tims code word is popsicle.

Cons

Lot's of promises no follow thru. They tell you that you can make a lot in commission but, what they don't tell you is that you need to screw the people who call in to make that much money!
