Pros

Easy going job and only two employees. Supervisor not located in this office

Cons

Low low low pay with ZERO possibility for a raise even with long term employment and recognition as employee of the year or top producer of phone calls dialed across all PlayStations within WA. Would rather give up 2 good employees rather than give a raise of even 2.00 per day. Severe lack of training and leaving you to “figure it out yourself” Difficult at time to reach supervisor when needed and left with situations not immediately able to be handled due to lack of supervisor availability.

40 hours a week ,5days per week 2 week training

Poor Management - "Customers are Always right. Anything a customer says must be tolerated. There are no warnings to give to customers to refrain from abusive language; under no circumstances can a caller be released- you stay on the phone and take abuse. Customers are usually very angry for paying toll fees and under assumption they are calling Sunpass which is a surprise to them. Although there is a supervisory line, it is frowned upon to use it for assistance. Caller have hundreds even thousands in toll bills and are expected to support callers with serious legal issues due to toll bill. Should be a simple take call, take payments, however company expects CSRs to stay online no matter what the caller says on the line until they release call..Not worth the $15.00 hourly paying.Find something else and keep your self respect.
