Pros
Commission based but the income grows as time goes by. Being in allianz allows me to create my own loyal customer base that will refer future businesses to me. Due to the nature of the job being a commission based scheme, it forces me to strive to grow my income. Overall I think this has helped me achive a higher standard in my craft.
Cons
It is commission based and I have very low income for the first few months.
