      Pros

      Great benefits, 401k, PTO time, Holidays, fair pay. But these have all been in place for many, many years. Work from home opportunities very valuable

      Cons

      Favoritism, no direction. Lots of management turnover and change in culture. Hard to follow. Poor business results, no raises, and bonus's below target for multiple years.

      Pros

      There are no pros with this company. I have wasted my entire period of 1 and half years waiting to get good opportunities in the company and finally resigned out of frustration. The entire hierarchy is broken and lower grade employees suffer because of this. I really regret wasting my time here and I am writing this review so that people who are applying in this company know the truth. As freshers, you will be trained for 2-3 months on Java, BFSI domain and behavioral skills then you will be alloted to ABS projects which have no learning associated whatsoever. ABS is not recognized outside Allianz and you will struggle to find better technologies to work on. Onsite opportunities are awarded to bootlickers but it is just a lollipop to keep employees trapped in Allianz.

      Cons

      Entire management is flawed. As a fresh graduate you will be offered 2.4 LPA and after 6 months of probation your pay will be 2.75 LPA. The base package offered is very low as compared to other companies. The HR department is the worst. They are literally crazy mofos who are arrogant in tone. Do join this company if you want to ruin your future. There are lot of better options if you search hard and work hard too.

      Only short duration travel .if you do good Buttering.

      Cons

      BA thinks they are product owner.even they don't have product knowledge.Management is like government system run on principles of no plan.Malyalee are in higher management trying to move all project in Trivandrum.Because they think Pune guys are not in good technical skill.Malyalee are best act like a boss.Allianz malyalees manager are worst for Allianz Pune future they don't like to Allianz Pune grow.
