      English speaking office (mostly) Provided laptop and money toward home office during Covid Insurance industry is doing well Smart colleagues

      Cons

      Competitive rather than supportive or team oriented Too much work and not enough time or people. This causes people not to have time to work as a team. Lead/onboarding buddy gives advice exactly opposite of manager with regard to work performance.
