Business Outlook
Pros
Great company culture. Everyone works hard to hit their goals and those who aren't pulling their weight fall behind or leave. People are rarely let go, you either keep up or you stay where you are until you leave yourself. The bar is set at a high level and we take pride in being the biggest and the best in the industry.
Cons
With size and success comes bureaucracy. There are too many checks and individual employees are not given the proper amount of authority to adjust to the market in real time. With that said, the company is constantly evaluating itself to correct such issues.
