Pros

Good if you are looking for work/life balance. Flexible schedules and you are not micro-managed if you meet the target goals every month.

Cons

No advancement opportunities if you are not best friends with someone in upper management. Opportunities are not based on ability at all. If you just want a stable job until you retire and have no career aspirations, then this is the place for you.

The company has many Long term employees some 40+ years. It's a great company for college graduates. There is plenty of growth potential if you start at the bottom

Cons

The office is Too far to drive in traffic. There are also limited opportunities in the company unless you plan to stay in the credit insurance field. The jobs are too industry specific
