Not so much challenging works No actuarial rotational program Lower than the industry average in terms of pay Internal politics Slow progression in your career You can be easily overloaded depending on projects Works are just standard, not so much challenging. You can easily get bored. But there's no rotational program. Very high job turn over rates within actuarial department.
