Steady employment (most employees are represented by worker's council). Compensation (base and bonus) is consistent and benefits are also competitive with other employers in Munich.
Cons
Bureaucracy; if you want to do something innovative/game changing be prepared to deal with a great deal of red tape. A great deal of managers are more concerned with the quantity of meetings rather than putting things into action.
