Pros

Great company to work for with decent pay and strong benefits, incredible work/life balance and a great management team that is there to help you succeed at every step along the way. They love to promote from within and there is tremendous flexibility moving around within not just EH but Allianz. Overall it is a great place to work.

Cons

While the pay is good, it could be better when it comes to business with a broker attached. Internal politics just like at most companies.

very international staff with a good working atmosphere. It is relatively easy to move between different departmenst and get a good insight into the business,

Cons

Allianz real Estate ist still part of a big insurance group and is sometimes also managed like one. Starting salary is ok but tays more or less constant over the next years.
