Business Outlook
Pros
Huge multi-national company with lots of different business areas to get involved in - home, car, pet insurance with Retail and a lot more besides, did not work in Commercial but their span is also vast - shopping centres, boats, stadiums etc. OK salary except in Marketing where salaries are below industry average, especially for a financial services company.
Cons
A lot of bureaucracy, internal moves not great and external hires favoured. More of a question of who had been there the longest rather than who was the best at their role when it came to promotion.
