Benefits are great, and start the day you start. Nice people for the most part.

Cons

Too many managers play favorites and fraternize with people looking to get ahead (and they usually do), lack of integrity in upper management. HR is of no help at all and rules are different for everyone--all depends on if you are a member of their little "club".
