Excellent learning opportunities and get to learn about the whole insurance business and its model. Get to learn about products and how to manage them and market them to clients.

Cons

Many silos in the organisation. People are not willing to help each other but only care about their department. Very traditional company.

nothing was good. the interviewer was beautiful. 20 word are too much to describe it

everything wasnt good the company is not serious and the recruitmen was a bluff, they offered me 500 euro

Rotational placements to see different parts of the business, which give you a broader knowledge and prepare you for management. Good head office activities (sports & social)

Cons

Can be a bit slow to begin... Not a lot of accountability. Will edit this later... Not too sure what I consider cons to be yet.
