Cons

High manager always changs ideas. So, you need to be a quick adopter, long working hours for some departments, each departments are not very supportive

Full of bureaucracy. Reward to loyal working level stuff are not satisfied. Promotion system are not fair. No clear caree development plan for employee.

Work hard play hard atmosphere where work is recognized and many people working to complete the same common goal everyday.

Cons

Atmosphere may be stressful when times are bad but the reward when times are good makes up for these times.
