      you will learn to work under pressure.

      Cons

      Worst management ever seen in 3 years for Pune and Trivandrum,that was the reason of 5 among 6 colleagues resigned one by one and the manager was replaced to different project. The management is very partial and employee efforts are never counted. It is even hard for most adaptive colleagues to survive under this management.

      401k: 1 for 1 match to 7.5%, 0% vested until 3 year mark, then 100% vested.

      Cons

      Mass layoffs, terrible data quality, constant quality control issues, noisy and open working space, management will throw you under the bus for their mistake, revenue is shrinking, no raises for years, homegrown terrible software, increasing work with less staff, extremely limited career advancement, takes 2 months to get a data report adjusted.
