      -lots of awesome people -meaningful work and mission -nice campus amenities

      Cons

      -Toxic leadership (many in director layer up to C suite) -Negative disempowering environment -Duplicative roles stepping on each other -COO function run like a mafia. Lots of toxic personalities get promoted within and granted power to oversee functions around business they don’t even understand. -Actuary team at core of business is wicked to work with… condescending, negative, and rude. They judge every other area constantly, lashing out regularly. -Lead by fear and 20/20 hindsight bias

      Bad Restructure leading to Burnt Employees

      - The colleagues are very supportive. - Good trainings

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency from upper management, lack of replies to concerns and long delays for follow up on issues affecting daily work. - Restructure was done with a lack of planning and with a « will cross that bridge when we come to it » mentality, causing issues and delays in the downstream. - Change in the flexible working arrangement and mandatory return to the office, only reasoning behind it is for the « work culture » even if it’s unproductive. - High volumes with expectations to complete within SLA even if team is short staff, lots of stress related to constant follow up. - No opportunity to move up, salary is not worth the stress and constant hassle. - Old technology, system often failed.
