Lots of toxic personalities get promoted within and granted power to oversee functions around business they don’t even understand. -Actuary team at core of business is wicked to work with… condescending, negative, and rude. They judge every other area constantly, lashing out regularly. -Lead by fear and 20/20 hindsight bias
