- office is old and outdated - technology and systems are messy - management are inexperienced and insecure, creating a very hostile and cutthroat environment - processes are either non existent or sub par, with no desire to fix them - hr put you through disjointed and irrelevant onboarding sessions, but don't take the time to explain the numerous systems theyre operating on and you can't keep track of what's expected of you - everyone is secretly miserable but too afraid to say it in case the person they speak to stabs them in the back - serious malaise and inaction. They could be told the building was on fire and would have to schedule a meeting to discuss before evacuating the building - continued praise for the irish entity by group would suggest issues across the entire allianz group
