      U.S. is the worst division of an, otherwise, great global company.

      Pros

      Former colleagues. Allianz Real Estate is part of a larger global company. Allianz Global is a stable company with terrific benefits and a solid track record.

      Cons

      The US CEO and MD are the worst managers you could ever work for. The office was run through intimidation and reputation destruction. Every employee was miserable and looking for other jobs. There are federal lawsuits and other major issues because of his treatment. The best decision I made was leaving. The turnover/fire rate the previous poster indicated is accurate. If you like being treated like garbage, take a job there. If you value professionalism, run as fast as possible in any other direction.

      Pros

      The company is a startup in Bucharest and by the time i left they only had 6 moths going, in which they mannaged to grow from 4 employees to about 20, with plans to go to 50 by the end of the year. They pay prettty welll and there are plenty of oportunitiess for advancement.

      Cons

      This is still an outsorcing business, and you will be a gear in the giant cog that is Allianz. If you like detail work and working with office all day you will fit in. If not, you will find the work boring and without satisfaction. The woking hours can be long and you will get a hard time form some of the management and the clients.

      -Hard to move / Constant hiring freezes -Strict budgets lead to cut backs -Leadership unwilling to listen -Pay not a good as it could be
