Pros
- Nice office - Some great colleagues
Cons
- Has really gone downhill in the last year or two. Staff turnover used to be very low. It is now quite high with approximately 40% of the UK workforce having been replaced in the last 4 years. - Low pay, and often no pay rises. Managers have been told they aren’t able to give members of their team full bonuses to cut costs. - The majority of employees are very unhappy, and a lot are leaving and are not being replaced which puts more strain on the remaining teams. - Most new hires are on 12 month contracts which get renewed, but often don’t get permanent positions. - Colleagues getting ‘let go’ rather than being made redundant. This has happened to colleagues who have been at the company for 20+ years. - A very old fashioned management team. - Due to staff cuts, many people are working 12 hour days just to keep up. This comes with no recognition and management claims that it is to be expected from us.
