Full of activities to keep the employees engaged

Cons

Working environment is bad. Managers and senior managers doesn't give a damn about the employees. The salary is too low but the amount of work given is huge. Very low work life balance. Too much politics. Employees are expected to work like slaves of managers. No growth, be it in terms of salary or career.
