Job ticket, home office, subsidised canteen, if your lucky, you can have a good coach/mentor, some colleagues are very collaborative
Cons
Far away location from city center, management pressure for no reason, no work life balance, is encouraged gossip, very old school measurements and hard to attain changes. Don't make an effort to keep the good employees, hence a high employee turnover.
