New department manager in call-Centre lacks experience in large multinational company and can be deemed far from approachable. Little to no opportunities for progression. New management team in direct without the required three years experience or college degree required as advised on job specification. Appears with the economy on the rise and plenty of jobs within the industry Allianz are beginning to see the repercussions of their actions.
