The workload is very manageable compared to other organizations, which makes work-life balance much better. The office location is excellent (9/10), and the hybrid working arrangements are flexible and employee-friendly.

Cons

While many colleagues are fantastic to work with, a few could benefit from a more positive and open attitude. The culture could use some strengthening, as resistance to change is common. Technology is slow and outdated, which makes daily tasks frustrating.
