      Pros

      Great facilities, gym cafeterias, covered parking even an I house theater. Buildings are newer and we'll maintained

      Cons

      Lots of change in upper management, future is always uncertain. working as a contractor means you are a sub class of staff, employee events don't include contractors and they are not shy about letting you know that. Everyone knows you are a contract employee by your badge that must be visible. Be prepared to get looks a day people avoiding you because you're not "one of them"

      Flexible hours, good work-life balance, great for individuals with families, good 401(k) match - the best I received from anywhere else, telecommute, low pressure, onsite gym,

      Not great for single individuals because the benefits are more crafted for individuals with families, heavily outsourced, minimal learning opportunities, process heavy, compensation not competitive with market, lack of fresh ideas

      If you have no conscience, you can earn a lot of money

      The company has no social responsibility. The Managment, that's are rip-off artists only. Above no Pareto Principle, below only Pareto Principle. The mood in the Company is very bad.
