- Hybrid and flexible working hours - Manager and HOD are kind and helpful, and are always there to support the employees - the team is small so I’m able to get a lot of exposure to interesting projects - good medical benefits and bonus - extended actuarial study benefits to all departments as long as recommended by HOD

Cons

- I hope they listen to their employees and allow the option to roll out the 13th and 14th month salary to their monthly salary - they should consider offering gym membership reimbursement for all employees, regardless of year of experience and whether or not they are managers
