working for allianz one of these experiences i had ever felt in my life. i joined a team of people who i feel did not gel well together. There was a huge divide between the seniors and the average dogs bodies. one of the "seniors" was and is one of the worst people i have had the displeasure to work with. he would regularly throw around his weight and was a complete bully to all employees. I found out just before i left that before more 18 other people had come and gone within the department and the reason so many people had left was because of the bullying nature of this employee. it has been raised with management however it is such an insular department that nothing has or will be done about it. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to work within this team seriously reconsiders and applies elsewhere.
