      Pros

      The company does care about employee's well being. During the pandemic, the management teams have arranged perfect remote work environment. My family and I appreciate the company's effort very much.

      Cons

      Seems to be a bit conservative in terms of risk underwriting compared to the peers. Strong growth of the business may not be expected.
