      Pros

      The job is relatively easy. Very good global architecture that allows each team to work almost independently. Internal tools are well made and fully documented.

      Cons

      After one year it becomes boring. Changing the team is quite hard and not necessarily brings new challenges.

      Pros

      Good work - personal life balance. Nice office, good and cheap food on the canteen.

      Cons

      If you are not french is almost impossible to become a manager Legacy messy code. Poor infrastructure - almost every week there is something stopping you to work (network down, some tools are clean and you can't work, latest compilation tool is broke so you can't compile your code, etc). The office is located in Heathrow so you will hear lots of planes.
