      Pros

      As an experienced individual - NONE New or building knowledge - Use the organisation for a maximum of 2 years and get out irrespective of the utter garbage fed to you by Senior Management.

      Cons

      Too many to list in terms of professional progression. What started off like a fun place to be ended up being the worst form of Corporate nightmare plus the frankly unfair and duplicitous behavior from management.

      another multinational corporation that sucks

      Command and Control Management . Over complicated crappy IT system No career opportunities low salary menial mind numbing tasks Lots of French people that can't speak or write english Flat management structure Lot of brown nosing going on Location in the middle of nowhere Run by spineless robotic managers (ex developers should never be allowed to become managers ) Canteen Food was terrible

      Working for the "most advanced GDS", with technology from the 20th Century, and benefits/HR from the 19th Century.

      Pros

      Head of the GDS game (according to market share), upper management are concerned with changing for the better, fair pay, plenty of change in the future for the better.

      Cons

      Tons of silos still exist, benefits are lackluster, no real travel discounts, barely contribute to insurance cost increases, raises consist of a yearly inflation adjustment, extremely slow to change or process anything, not concerned with it's line level employee's opinions, no training opportunities.
