On the flipside, Amadeus hires several non technical non engineers / non mba’s professional's who come from travel desk/ agents background and bring along dirty corporate culture. You will often feel lost and incapable when people with mere B.com B.sc degree are given more opportunities then you with BE + MBA just because you dont know how to suck up to useless managers.
Amadeus has a lot inexperienced and incompetent managers who are just stuck in that company for eternity as they clearly cant find any new jobs. They are just creating their own clout and increasing the toxicity.
The only way to get good rating and promotion in amadeus is by licking your boss, going out with them for lunches and coffee breaks and feed their false ego. For good candidates who don’t get favour of managers there is no future. No skip level , no HR intervention. The managers biassed and toxic feedback is the last word.
Worst part, they mess with your rating and then blacklist you. The rehire program at amadeus is such a sham. Being an industry insider as well as fellow airline domain resource, almost every alternate month I receive calls from third party vendors as I am one of the top choices for few niche roles at amadeus. However, since one lame dumb manager ruined my rating that led me to quit amadeus, I am never shortlisted.Even if I want to join amadeus again and give it a fresh start with new manager (since i love the product and brand value). I am now denied a genuine chance to even fight for an interview. Shame on you indian HR team at amadeus for just biassed and useless policies.
