      Complex toxic culture by top management and HR

      Food, building, some good friends

      Cons

      HR and Management practices are most toxic in nature. They surround themselves with people of very low calibre, conceal information from going out to parent company in France. Almost all engineers upto senior managers directly work with French colleagues and managers. If you complain on the toxic culture to parent, both HR and management will put on coaching session with an intent to somehow fire you. Almost all division heads are incompetent.

      Terrible non communication among HR, management and employees. Not fair evaluation for promote Really bad location, there is no public transportion Slow reaction for economical inflation Too many resignations and no action to prevent it Unplanned works consequently not balanced work load
