      Work Experience Elsewhere Is Undervalued; Great Place to Start Career

      - Very comfortable culture/work environment. - Great place to start your career.

      Cons

      - This may not be the place for you if you have previous work experiences elsewhere. Work experience external to Amadeus has no weight in the company after being hired. So, you may feel like not being paid the market value for your services. - Promotion is based on the time spent in Amadeus or the work done. People always ask you, "How long have you been in Amadeus?"

      Cab Service for BLR Traffic Free fatty food , 3times a day Fun events at a constant rate.. Hackathons, Awards, Travel to France , UK Trainings and Paid Conferences Travel IT Monopoly as long as there is no disruption Good work life balance.. only life.. not much work.. Great global company. Join here and move out of India on a transfer

      Cons

      Group CEO received an award for valueing the people but he fired his R&D head without notice. Sites like BLR has no leadership capabilities and attrition is around 20% and yet no one claims the responsibility but they attribute that to Indian IT market. Very lousy support services and there was no change in top mgmt for last 5+ years in BLR site and one cannot get into that cohort. Discriminating unnamed policies (Especially in Travel, one is forced to travel economy while the boss is sitting in business class in the front) Disruption will come to this business anytime Limited promotions, someone has to die to go up the ladder Employ-ability for you after this company may be ZERO
