It is an innovative and successful company. Highly international environment (be it from customers or from the various Amadeus site). Very friendly an bright people. The location is great as well.

Cons

It's a big company and things can take some time to align. Sometime more financial than R&D. The budget is a big thing and business cases / LTP drive many things.
