      flexibility, space to be creative and entreprenurial

      Cons

      lots of issues with systems not talking to one another, but the biggest challenge was billing. As systems evolved over time, or were sunsetted or upgraded, the billing system struggled to keep up and customers were often invoiced incorrect amounts over large periods of time. Selling was not hard since the products are solid but dealing with account cleanup was a massive time consumer

      Managers just motivate people to work and handle tasks, they don't have any power on management. Main Headquarter doesn't care Turkish employees. They are trying to give money as a bonus and tie people with debts. Hires a lot of juniors and pays small amounts. People are entering and leaving the company too often. Value of people depends on their citizenship No wage adjsutment during high inflation in Turkey salary less than industry average
