      Pros

      Nice city, great people, good salary, good working hours, huge benefits (cheap ski passes, cinema tickets, bonus for fuel and toll, food allowance, cheques vacances, etc.) Internet activity is not monitored. You can do sports in the area at lunch time taking a 2 hour break and nobody will reprimend you for it (lots of people do it) As long as you develop well and on time, you are good to go.

      Cons

      It is 35 min away from Nice-West. You really need to get lots of visibility and 5-8 years experience if you want to become a team leader.

      Pros

      Complete organization works as a family, feel very comfortable, management is always helpful. there is not such thing as don't, any thing of company's interest and development everyone will encourage.

      Cons

      Sometime people take things for granted and mis-use the freedom given by the company, at one point end up with non-performing and loose job
